Epsom RDA Trustees
As a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, Epsom RDA has a Board of Trustees who are responsible for ensuring that the Group continues to thrive and move forward. The Trustees are supported by four sub committees with responsibility for property, finance, fundraising and volunteer training.

Rebecca Courtman

Risk Management
Rebecca has worked with children and young adults with disabilities for the last 15 years and is currently working in a SEN school. Previously Rebecca managed three youth schemes for a charity where she received advanced training in safeguarding specialised to special needs.


Laura Hales

Property & Facilities
Laura works for the Department for Transport, delivering programmes that enable more people to cycle and walk for every day journeys. Prior to that she worked in local government and the charity sector. She has volunteered at Epsom RDA since 2017. She leads on Grounds and Property.


Tessa Kelly

Tessa has had a wide-ranging management career in a variety of industry sectors. Tessa has been a volunteer on the Saturday afternoon session since 2013 and leads on Governance.


Jo Lee

Horse & Pony
Jo is the School Business Leader at a large local primary school and experienced in governance, financial monitoring, human resources, facilities management and strategic planning. She is passionate about making a difference both in her professional career and through volunteering and has volunteered at Epsom RDA for over 25 years. She leads on Horse and Pony management.


Ray Lee

Group Chair
Ray is Strategic Director at Elmbridge Borough Council. He has experience working with a range of charities including being Chair of British Scouting Oversees. He was a governor at a local primary school for six years and has been a volunteer at Epsom RDA for a number of years. He is Chair of ERDA.


Stuart MacFarlane

Events
Stuart is a freelance events professional with 20 years’ experience gained working across various industries and sectors from charities to international corporations. He has a proven record developing and delivering commercial strategies, and significant and complex events. Stuart is a volunteer with the Monday morning session and leads on events.


Gill McPherson

Session Leaders
Gill started her career in central government policy, and then moved into management consulting with KPMG. Gill now runs her own business advising public, private and voluntary sector clients on operational improvement and service design. Gill is Monday morning session leader, and has been a Group Coach for 10 years. She has responsibility for Session liaison.


Beryl Randall

Fundraising
Beryl currently works as a consultant. Her background is in developing refugee employment policy and practice. She has volunteered at ERDA since 2017 and leads on fundraising. She is also Treasurer for RDA South East.


Jane Sanders

Communications
Jane has worked in the not for profit sector for over 20 years with a background in the marketing and governance areas. She has been a volunteer at ERDA for over 12 years and is a Group Coach with the Wednesday evening session. She leads on Communications including social media.



Angela Wilson
Trustee
Treasurer
Angela is a qualified management accountant with experience in retail and more recently as a deputy director of finance in the civil service. A volunteer at ERDA since 2012, she enjoys the challenge of modernising systems and improving reporting to aid decision making both in Government and at ERDA.
