Our Ponies

Just like our volunteers our ponies come from diverse backgrounds. Most of our ponies are owned by us with a few who are with us on a permanent or long term loan, but the one thing they all have in common is the wonderful service they provide to our riders.

Our ponies live out 24/7 in 14 acres of paddocks. We engage a team of equine professionals to help care for them including vets, dentist, saddler, chiropractor and a farrier. They are also schooled regularly under the tutelage of a qualified BHS coach and enjoy regular hacks

Shona is a bold, curious little soul and will sniff you all over to check you aren’t carrying a spare carrot...

Spice

Spice is a kind and patient pony who has quickly become a favourite of the volunteers and riders alike...

Taffy has rapidly become a favourite on the yard...

Tandi is one of the youngest members of the equine team...
